Final Approval Hearing
On December 8, 2023, at 1:30 pm, the District Court held a Final Approval Hearing at the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska before the Honorable Chief Judge Robert F. Rossiter, Jr., 111 South 18th Plaza, Omaha, Nebraska 68102. Approval by the Court is determined by case criteria to be decided within 30 days of the date of the hearing. |
